Avoid tweezing, waxing and tinting brows for (1) one week prior and for (2-3) two to three weeks after until healing is fully complete.

Contacts cannot be worn for (3) three days after procedure. Please bring eyeglasses with you and make sure to use new/clean contacts when resuming wear. Lash tinting and perms should not be done (3) three days before or for (30) thirty days after. Eyelash extensions cannot be worn before procedure or until healing is complete after touch-up appointment (usually 30 days).

Avoid bleaching/waxing of lips for (3) three days prior and (30) thirty days after procedure. If you have EVER experienced a cold sore/fever blister or shingles (even if many years ago), you must get a prescription, for an anti-viral medication from a doctor to prevent a breakout that could be activated by the procedure. Anyone required to take antibiotics prior to a dental procedure should consult with a doctor to see if the same is necessary before this procedure.
POST-PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR ALL PROCEDURES
- Avoid getting tattoo wet for 24 hours. Use makeup wipes for face while avoiding newly tattooed area. For next (2) two weeks, avoid hot water and direct water pressure on area. Let warm, soapy water run over area or gently apply soap BUBBLES to area and gently rinse/splash area.
- Avoid sweating/exercise/strenuous activity/gardening for (3) three days after.
- Sleep on back slightly elevated for first few days to minimize swelling.
- Do not allow pets to sleep with you to avoid dander during first few days.
- Do not swim in fresh, salt or chlorinated water for (2) two weeks after.
- Avoid suntanning and tanning beds to prevent fading.
- Do not apply makeup to area until fully healed, approximately (2) two weeks.
